25 compressed cocopeat discs, 42 mm each, made from coconut coir with added nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Each disc expands 6–8× in a couple of minutes with a little water.

How to use
Place. Put the discs in your tray or pot: 4 discs for a 10×10 microgreen tray.
Water. Add 50–60 ml of water to each disc.
Wait. Give them 2–3 minutes to expand fully.
Sow. Sow directly on the expanded discs, for example 15–18 g of radish per 10×10 tray.
Grow. Follow the growing guide for your seed for watering, light and harvest timing.

How many discs do I need per tray?
4 discs per 10×10 microgreen tray. One pack of 25 fills about 6 trays.
How much water does each disc need?
50–60 ml. It expands 6–8× in 2–3 minutes.
What is the difference from the netted discs?
These discs have added NPK nutrients. Netted discs are plain coconut coir, which is all microgreens need, since they feed from the seed.
What else can I grow in them?
Seedlings, herbs and indoor plants, as well as microgreens.
