Shipping Policy
We dispatch online retail orders within 24–48 hours, and bulk/wholesale orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Charges — Seeds, Kits & Equipment: A flat shipping fee of ₹90 applies to seed, kit, tray and cocopeat orders. Orders totaling ₹999 or more qualify for free shipping, calculated at checkout.
Fresh Microgreens Delivery: Fresh microgreens are delivered separately via Porter within Delhi/NCR. Delivery charges are as per actual Porter fare for your location, confirmed before dispatch. Fresh microgreen orders cannot be combined with seed, kit or equipment orders to qualify for free shipping — the two are fulfilled and charged independently. Free self-pickup from our Lajpat Nagar-3, New Delhi location is available for fresh microgreens.
Delivery Time (PAN India, via Shiprocket courier partners): Seeds, kits and supplies ship by surface courier from New Delhi. After dispatch, typical transit times are:
