How to grow beetroot microgreens
Soak 6–8 hours. Beetroot seeds are hard; a full soak helps them sprout evenly.
Sow 12–15 g per 10×10 tray. Spread evenly over moist cocopeat and press gently for good contact.
Keep dark for 3 days. Germination is steady rather than fast — keep the tray covered.
Move to light. Consistent indirect light for the best colour, at 18–25°C.
Harvest at 2–3 inches. Usually day 10–14 — cut just above the base.
