Key strategies: use bottom watering to reduce surface moisture, grow in an air-conditioned room or shaded north-facing balcony, choose heat-tolerant varieties like sunflower and mustard, and harvest early on day 6–7 before heat stress sets in. Sonia covers all of this in the workshop.
