A: Seeds, growing supplies, and workshops are available across India. For fresh microgreens we are delivering in Delhi & NCR only.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Fresh microgreens are delivered within 24 hours based on harvest schedule. Seeds and supplies ship within 2-3 business days and delivered in 2-7 days
Q: What are the delivery charges for seeds trays and other growing materials ?
A: We charge flat Rs 80/- PAN India delivery.
Q: What are the delivery charges for fresh Microgreens?
A: Fresh microgreens delivery via Porter is paid by customer as COD. Free self-pickup available at Lajpat Nagar-3, New Delhi.
🌱 Growing Microgreens
Q: I'm a beginner. Which seeds should I start with?
A: We recommend starting with fast-growing varieties like Radish (6-8 days), Mustard (7-10 days), or Broccoli (7-9 days). These are beginner-friendly and have high success rates.
Q: How much seed do I need per tray?
A: Each product page lists the recommended seed quantity for a 10x10 inch tray. Generally 10-20 grams depending on seed size.
Q: Do I need special equipment?
A: You need seed trays (with and without holes), growing medium (cocopeat discs), seeds, and indirect sunlight or grow lights. We sell complete kits!
Q: How do I store harvested microgreens?
A: Rinse gently, dry thoroughly, and store in airtight containers at 4-8°C. Most varieties last 5-7 days when kept cool and dry.

Q: Are your seeds organic and non-GMO?
A: Yes! All our microgreen seeds are non-GMO, chemical-free, and pesticide-free with high germination rates.
Q: What's the difference between fresh microgreens packs?
A: Basic/Starter Tier includes 4 varieties (3 basic + 1 premium). Balanced/Family Pack includes 9 varieties (6 classic + 3 premium) for more variety.
Q: Can I customize my fresh microgreens selection?
A: Yes! You can design your own combo based on availability. Our team will contact you after order placement to confirm selections.
🎓 Workshops & Training
Q: What's included in the workshop?
A: 120-minute hands-on training covering seed selection, growing process, harvesting, storage, troubleshooting, and business guidance. Plus ongoing 3 months WhatsApp support and free monthly online meetups!
Q: Do I need prior experience?
A: No! Our workshops are beginner-friendly and suitable for hobby growers and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Q: What's the difference between online and in-person workshops?
A: Online workshops are available on weekends via video call and Teams meetings. In-person workshops are held Mon-Sun in South Delhi with hands-on practice.
💳 Payment & Returns
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major payment methods through Shopify and Razorpay Fresh microgreens delivery charges are COD via Porter.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Seeds and supplies can be returned within 7 days if unopened. Fresh microgreens cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. Contact us for quality issues.
