What areas does BageechaBox deliver to?

Microgreen seeds, growing supplies, and workshop enrollments are available across India (PAN India). Fresh microgreens are delivered only within Delhi NCR — covering South Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and surrounding areas. Free self-pickup is available at our Lajpat Nagar-3, New Delhi location.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch online retail orders within 24–48 hours, and bulk/wholesale orders within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, seeds and supplies ship PAN India by surface courier through Shiprocket's courier partners. Typical transit times after dispatch:

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Dispatch timing depends on order processing and courier collection. Large/bulky parcels and liquid or perishable items ship via Surface only. Fresh microgreens are sown after order confirmation. Allow at least 7–8 days before harvest; slower crops may take longer. They are delivered separately via Porter, with timing confirmed by the team.

What are the delivery charges?

Seeds, trays, and growing materials: flat ₹90 PAN India, free on orders of ₹999 or more. Fresh microgreens: delivered separately via Porter, charged at actuals as COD — fresh microgreen orders cannot be combined with seed/supply orders for free shipping. Self-pickup at Lajpat Nagar-3 is free.

I'm a beginner. Which microgreen seeds should I start with?

We recommend starting with fast-growing, high-success varieties: Radish ([radish.harvest_days]), Mustard ([mustard-black.harvest_days]), or Broccoli ([broccoli.harvest_days]). These are beginner-friendly and almost foolproof in Indian growing conditions. Our Beginner's Guide walks you through the process step by step.

How much seed do I need per tray?

For a standard 10x10 inch tray it depends on seed size — from [basil.seed_g] for basil to [pea.seed_g] for peas. Exact quantities are listed on each product page, and our Seed Calculator works it out for any tray size.

What equipment do I need to grow microgreens at home?

You need: (1) a growing tray with drainage holes + a solid base tray, (2) a growing medium such as cocopeat discs, (3) seeds, and (4) indirect sunlight or a grow light. BageechaBox sells complete starter kits with everything you need.

How do I store harvested microgreens?

Rinse gently, dry thoroughly, and store in an airtight container at 4–8°C. Most microgreen varieties stay fresh for 5–7 days when kept cool and dry. Harvest in the morning for maximum freshness and flavour.

What temperature is best for growing microgreens in India?

Most microgreen varieties grow best between 18–24°C. In Indian summers, early morning watering and indirect light placement helps. Our seeds are selected specifically for Indian growing conditions — they perform well even in warm climates.

Are BageechaBox seeds organic and non-GMO?

Yes. All our microgreen seeds are open-pollinated, non-hybrid, non-GMO, and chemical-free — tested for high germination rates in Indian conditions. BageechaBox is FSSAI licensed (License No. 23326010000743).

Can I customise my fresh microgreens order?

Yes. You can design your own variety combo based on availability. Our team will contact you after order placement to confirm your selection and growing schedule.

What is included in the BageechaBox microgreens workshop?

Our workshops (a 2-hour live online masterclass, or a 3-hour hands-on session in person) cover: seed selection, sowing technique, growing process, harvesting, storage, troubleshooting, and business guidance. All participants — online or in-person — receive 3 months of direct WhatsApp support after training.

Do I need prior experience to attend a workshop?

No experience needed. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners as well as those looking to scale up. They are suitable for home growers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and corporate teams alike.

What is the difference between the online and in-person workshops?

The Live Online Masterclass and In-Person Workshop in New Delhi include three months of WhatsApp support. See the product pages for current prices and session details. Dates are confirmed by the training team.

Does the support end after 3 months?

Direct WhatsApp troubleshooting runs for 3 months after training. After that, anyone who has trained with us is welcome to keep joining our free monthly live session on new trends and techniques in the microgreens world — first-come-first-served, capped at 250 people per session — for as long as you'd like to keep coming back.

What payment methods does BageechaBox accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Shopify and Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Fresh microgreens delivery charges via Porter are paid as COD.

What is the return and refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund, no questions asked, on unopened/sealed seed packets — just share a photo along with your order details with our support team on WhatsApp at +91 99990 39200. The same 100% refund applies to any other genuine dispute: we trust our customers and take your feedback in good faith.

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after that window are reviewed case by case and resolved on mutually agreed terms.

If we ask you to send a product back to us, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Fresh microgreens cannot be physically returned due to their perishable nature, but any quality issue is covered by the same 100% refund promise — just message us within 48 hours with a photo.
