How long does delivery take?

Seeds and growing supplies are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2–7 business days PAN India. Fresh microgreens in Delhi NCR are delivered within 24 hours of harvest. A flat delivery fee of ₹80 applies for seeds and supplies. Fresh microgreens delivery charges via Porter are paid by the customer as COD.

I'm a beginner. Which microgreen seeds should I start with?

We recommend starting with fast-growing, high-success varieties: Radish (6–8 days), Mustard (7–10 days), or Broccoli (7–9 days). These are beginner-friendly and almost foolproof in Indian growing conditions. Our Beginner's Guide walks you through the process step by step.

How much seed do I need per tray?

For a standard 10x10 inch tray, most varieties need 10–20 grams of seed depending on size. Exact quantities are listed on each product page. Our seeds are pre-measured for consistent yield.

What equipment do I need to grow microgreens at home?

You need: (1) a growing tray with drainage holes + a solid base tray, (2) a growing medium such as cocopeat discs, (3) seeds, and (4) indirect sunlight or a grow light. BageechaBox sells complete starter kits with everything you need.

How do I store harvested microgreens?

Rinse gently, dry thoroughly, and store in an airtight container at 4–8°C. Most microgreen varieties stay fresh for 5–7 days when kept cool and dry. Harvest in the morning for maximum freshness and flavour.

What temperature is best for growing microgreens in India?

Most microgreen varieties grow best between 18–24°C. In Indian summers, early morning watering and indirect light placement helps. Our seeds are selected specifically for Indian growing conditions — they perform well even in warm climates.

Are BageechaBox seeds organic and non-GMO?

Yes. All our microgreen seeds are open-pollinated, non-hybrid, non-GMO, and chemical-free — tested for high germination rates in Indian conditions. BageechaBox is FSSAI licensed (License No. 23326010000743).

Can I customise my fresh microgreens order?

Yes. You can design your own variety combo based on availability. Our team will contact you after order placement to confirm your selection from the current harvest.

What is included in the BageechaBox microgreens workshop?

Our 120-minute workshop covers: seed selection, sowing technique, growing process, harvesting, storage, troubleshooting, and business guidance. All participants receive 3 months of ongoing WhatsApp support and access to free monthly online meetups with Sonia Pardasani.

Do I need prior experience to attend a workshop?

No experience needed. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners as well as those looking to scale up. They are suitable for home growers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and corporate teams alike.

What is the difference between the online and in-person workshops?

The Live Online Masterclass (₹1,050) is conducted via video call on weekends — ideal for those outside Delhi or with busy schedules. The In-Person Workshop (₹2,100) is held Mon–Sun in South Delhi with hands-on, seed-to-harvest practice in small batches. Both include 3 months of WhatsApp support.

What payment methods does BageechaBox accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Shopify and Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Fresh microgreens delivery charges via Porter are paid as COD.

What is the return and refund policy?

Seeds and supplies can be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused. Fresh microgreens cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. If you have a quality issue, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo and we will resolve it.
