How to use
Place. Put 4 discs in a 10×10 growing tray (the tray with holes).
Soak. Pour water over the discs and wait until they are fully expanded.
Sow. Spread seed evenly on the surface, for example 15–18 g of radish per tray.
Cover. Mist lightly and cover for the dark period.
Grow. Bottom water and follow the growing guide for your seed.
Reuse. After harvest, pull out the root mat, sterilise the cocopeat, add a fresh disc and grow again. Compost it after 3–4 uses.

How many discs do I need per tray?
4 discs per 10×10 tray. One pack of 25 fills about 6 trays.
Can I reuse cocopeat discs?
Yes, 3–4 times. Sterilise it before every reuse (microwave or a sterilisation device) and add a fresh disc every time. Then compost it.
Are these suitable for all microgreens?
Yes, cocopeat works well for every microgreen variety we sell.
Do I need to add nutrients?
No. Microgreens get their nutrition from the seed itself.
Netted or NPK discs?
Netted discs are plain coconut coir, which is all microgreens need. NPK discs have added nutrients for a stronger first grow.
