How to Use Your Microgreen Growing Trays

  1. Setup: Place one tray inside the other — top tray has holes (growing tray), bottom tray is solid (drainage tray)
  2. Medium: Place a cocopeat disc or loose cocopeat (1–1.5 inch layer) in the top tray
  3. Sow: Spread seeds evenly at the recommended density for your chosen variety
  4. Mist: Spray lightly and cover for the blackout phase
  5. Grow: After Day 2–3, move to indirect sunlight and water the bottom tray (bottom watering)
  6. Harvest: Cut above the growing medium with clean scissors when microgreens reach 2–4 inches
