How to grow kasturi methi microgreens
Soak 6–8 hours. This softens the seed coat for even sprouting.
Sow 15–20 g per 10×10 tray. Spread evenly over moist cocopeat.
Keep dark for 2–3 days. Keep the tray covered and moist.
Move to light. Indirect sunlight or windowsill, at 15–25°C.
Harvest at 2–3 inches. Usually day 10–14 — cut just above the base.
Timings are starting estimates. Results vary with seed density, growing medium, temperature, light and watering. Read the full growing guide →
