How to grow peas microgreens
Soak 8–12 hours. Use a large bowl and plenty of water — peas swell a lot.
Sow 50–70 g per 10×10 tray. Spread evenly over moist cocopeat at medium density.
Keep in the dark for 3 days. Cover the tray so the shoots push upward.
Move to light. Indirect sunlight or a grow light, kept cool at 15–22°C.
Harvest at 4–6 inches. Usually day 8–12 — cut just above the base.

How many trays will one pack grow?
At 50–70 g per 10×10 tray, a 100 g pouch sows about 1–2 trays and a 300 g pouch 4–6 trays.
Can I grow peas in hot weather?
Peas prefer 15–22°C. In warm months, grow them in the coolest indoor spot you have, with good airflow.
Do I need soil?
No — cocopeat works well and keeps things clean. Pea roots are strong, so give them a medium to anchor in.
