Refund policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all products purchased via our website [www.bageechabox.com] and shipped within India, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. By placing an order you agree to this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if the following conditions are all met:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged (other than manufacturing defect), in its original packaging with all accessories/tags.
- The product’s label shows clearly the purchase order number and date.
- The product is not listed under “non‑returnable items” (see section 5).

3. Return & Refund Process
Step 1: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label (or you arrange the courier).
Step 2: Ship the product back to us within 5 working days of approval.
Step 3: On receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse, if it meets our return criteria we will issue your refund (or replacement) within 10 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If that is not possible, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Replacement/Exchange: If you prefer an exchange (for same‑product or equivalent value) we will dispatch once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Who bears the cost of return shipping?
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, damaged in transit), we will bear the reasonable cost of return shipping.
- If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size/colour, etc), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties/un‑paid customs (if applicable).
- We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance; we are not responsible for the product until we receive it.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable” in their listing.
- Customised or personalised goods made especially for you.
- Perishable items (plants with short lifespan, seeds, etc).
- Items that were used, have missing/damaged original packaging, tags removed, or are returned beyond the eligibility period.
- Gift cards, downloadable digital content.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photo evidence of the damage/defect and the packaging. We will arrange either:
- A full refund including return shipping cost; or
- A replacement at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately with your order number. Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled (you may still return it once delivered, subject to this policy).
8. Refund Timing
Once your returned item is received and processed, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
9. Store Credit
We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund, particularly if your original payment method cannot be refunded, or at our discretion.

We may update this policy from time to time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please check back regularly.
